How do I get my chat into LelloBook?

Android: in WhatsApp open the chat → ⋮ → More → Export chat → Include media → LelloBook.
iPhone: in WhatsApp open the chat → tap its name → Export Chat → Attach Media → LelloBook.

WhatsApp says "Unable to export your conversation"

That message comes from WhatsApp itself, before LelloBook gets anything, and it doesn't say why. Restarting the phone and updating WhatsApp sometimes helps. A chat exported "without media" has no photos, so it can't make a book.

Some photos are missing

WhatsApp leaves out photos that are no longer on the phone (for example, deleted to save space). LelloBook tells you when that happens for your dates.

My printed book has a problem

Email us with your book's name and a photo of the problem. See terms of sale for what we do.

Where are my order and tracking link?

In the app: open the book → step 6, "PDF & order". It shows how the order is going and the tracking link once it has shipped. Stripe also emails you a receipt.
